Accessing Your Digital Files
Click on the link provided and accept the invitation to view your photos. You may need to register an email address and password.
You can download your photos directly to your computer from the website. Just click “download entire album” option located to the right of the images (may be below depending on the device you are using).

If the option is given, be sure to download the images in high resolution!

Unit Prints will then email you a zip file with your images. You must have software that can open a zip folder to view the files. The software comes standard on most newer computers. You can download Winzip for free online if you use an older PC.
To make sure your pictures look their best, consider ordering prints and canvases straight from the Unitprints.com link (my monitors are set to their print lab specs!!) that will be mailed directly to your door. Prices are listed on the site and they are always running a sale!
You may share the link with grandparents, family or friends so they can order prints directly from the site. I also like mpix as a good consumer print lab. If you choose a local print lab, be sure to request a copyright release from me.
Tips for Printing
You have invested in new outfits, the photography session and digital images. Be sure you have quality prints to showcase your family milestones.
To obtain accurate color and superior quality, it is essential to use a professional print lab. When you print from a drug store or grocery store, it is unlikely that you will obtain accurate coloring in your images. The price difference is minimal between a professional print lab and a drug store lab, especially when you take advantage of their sales. I recommend both unitprints.com and mpix.com. I have tested both labs and have my computer set to their lab requirements.
-
Be sure to download images in high resolution.
-
Do not use color correct or auto enhance features.
-
Avoid further cropping, which can lower the resolution of your file, resulting in low quality photos.
-
When ordering a canvas print, think about selecting a photo with extra space around the edges for wrapping.
-
Be sure to move the box! Your images are delivered to you in a 4X6 size. If you select an 8X10, two inches of your image will be chopped off in order to achieve the new aspect ratio. Be sure to move any boxes surrounding your image to include the part of the image you wish to have printed.

Assistance is available to you for print ordering. Please inquire for pricing information.
